Ty Trinh has been a licensed paralegal since 2008. Prior to that, he was an adjuster for 12 years in the automobile claims and had handled over 5000 claims.

Ty graduated at George Brown college in 1987 with a business management diploma. He also completed his associate courses through the Insurance institute of Canada in 1989.

He has over 25 years of Accidents Benefits Claim experience and dealt with serious cases of Catastrophic claim for car accident.

Ty is the proud grandfather of his two beautiful grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, travel and spending time with his family and friends.

Dang Co Eddy Trieu graduated in San Francisco, California with a Business Management degree.

He had worked with Ontario automobile insurance companies and handled great deals of claims in automobile and property

Since 1999, Dang Co Eddy represented many serious car accident injuries claims including pedestrians, hit and run and slip and fall works.

Eddy had settled many great files and succeeded at the mediation. And he takes great pride to his clients matter and carry out his work diligently.

Mr. Trieu believes his work ethics are not 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday but willing to meet his clients at their convenient time.

He had meetings with his clients at the hospital and at their rehabilitation centers to assist their claims.

Eddy enjoys golfing, gardening, and traveling with family on his spare time.

Berta graduated at Canadian School of Business & Technology with Paralegal Diploma in March 2020 and was licensed in December 2020.

She also obtained her Medical Office Assistant Certificate at George Brown College in 2005.

Berta also graduated at Benguet State University Philippines with Business Management Diploma in 1996. And she has been working as a legal assistant since 2007. She assists in client interview, preparing documents and obtaining necessary information related to clients claim.

She has over 10 years of experience in automobile accident benefits claim and has had experienced in medical assessments.

Berta enjoys fishing, spending time with family and friends on her spare time.

She also a member of charity organizations and enjoys visiting and extending help to the elderly. And she speaks fluent English, Tagalog (Filipino), and ilocano.

Esther has over 15 years of experience in a paralegal firm. She has assisted her previous paralegal firm under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule claims

She has strong work ethics and commitments to clients

She assists accidents victims in receiving the benefits that they entitled to, and ensures they obtain the proper treatment while on the road to recovery.
